Project Overview
Studio: Koto Berlin
Beqom, a leading compensation management platform, sought a website redesign to highlight its innovative AI-driven compensation platform, global reach, and the launch of Beqom CompComplete. The goal was to communicate Beqom's capabilities in optimizing compensation decisions and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Collaborating closely with Beqom's internal team, I developed a comprehensive sitemap to structure and simplify their complex offerings. This sitemap not only provided a clear framework for the website but also helped the Beqom team identify and organize the necessary content to be created.

Following the new structure, I created a modern, user-friendly design with intuitive navigation and dynamic visuals, showcasing Beqom's AI-driven solutions, and compelling storytelling about their history and impact. The result is a visually engaging, informative website that strengthens Beqom’s brand as a leader in compensation management.

Meticulous attention to detail was paramount throughout the project. To ensure that the content is not only informative but also captivates the audience, a significant effort was dedicated to translating financial data into exciting and approachable visual language.
